Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Return Item' button next to your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Place the electronic device back in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous barcodes.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
